Warm and Cozy Space

The Warm and Cozy Space, designed by Chen-Yu Yeh, is an office space that combines humanistic and industrial styles. The layout of the functional areas is divided through an open layout method, introducing a personalized visual sense and profound design considerations. This allows for intensive communication and discussion, reflecting the core value of the company and providing flexibility in responding to the rapidly changing environment.

The design team carefully drafted a complete color scheme and material settings, utilizing the existing window openings to diffuse natural light into the room. This is enhanced with artificial light configurations, creating a warm and gentle atmosphere. By replacing the cold feeling of traditional offices, the Warm and Cozy Space provides a unique and inviting environment.

The interior design area of this project covers approximately 496 square meters and includes a reception counter area, open seating office area, and private meeting rooms. The overall configuration from the entrance to the office area is highly flexible, allowing for multiple possibilities after completion. This flexibility enables the space to be used for various activities, improving intercompany cohesiveness and cooperation, and promoting positive communication between industries.

The Warm and Cozy Space was completed in September 2018 in Taipei City, Taiwan. The design team faced the challenge of completing all the design and construction within a two-month timeframe. Despite the tight schedule, the team successfully carried out the decoration works while continuously discussing and revising design details with the client.

This exceptional design was recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2020. The award acknowledges the well-designed, practical, and innovative nature of the Warm and Cozy Space. It is respected for integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings, and contributing to a better world.
